Qualifications
To continue to grow and develop, we are constantly looking for talented young lawyers to join our team. We look for lawyers with excellent academic results and an extremely high standard of written English - other languages are an asset-, together with membership of the bar. We also look for people who have obtained their law degree and have supplemented this with a post-graduate degree from a leading English-speaking academic institution.

Variety
One of the distinctive characteristics of Van Bael & Bellis is that we have no formal departments or rigid reporting structures; however we have a depth of experience in key practice areas which is difficult to match. From the beginning, young lawyers have the opportunity to, and are expected to work, with high levels of autonomy and using their own initiative, on diverse matters thereby gathering experience in a number of different aspects of business law. We find that in practice this leads to the development of accomplished lawyers who maintain broad horizons.
