Date: 30/06/2010Van Bael & Bellis successfully represented two companies in the pre-stressing steel cartel investigation in which the Commission adopted its decision today: D&D/Metaltrade Hungaria Kft, a Hungarian group, against which all charges were dropped, and Antonini/Italcables, an Italian group to which the Commission granted the highest fine reduction for cooperation. The teams in charge were: Jean-François Bellis, Gabor Bathory and Martin Martinez for D&D/Metaltrade Hungaria Kft and Fabrizio Di Gianni and Renato Antonini for Antonini/Italcables. |
